Ain’t got time for Dessert? “Mexican Pots De Creme”

***Bonus-these leftovers make amazing truffles too!

Mexican Pots De Creme

    1 cup dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup half n half 1 tsp Mexican vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon Dash of cayenne pepper –microwave chocolate & milk for 30 seconds and then stir in spices & vanilla. Pour into a tall shot glass or wine glass. Garnish with mint & sea salt. –serves 2
