Candy Cake Bar Bars with a Chocolate Ganache

Be fancy…be decadent…be rich…be gooey…be fast! Get you some triple layer dark Chocolate Candy Cake Bar Bar.

Candy Cake Bar Bars

1 box of dark chocolate cake mix

1 stick of melted butter

1/3 cup evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla

-mix together and pat onto a 13×9 buttered pan. Bake on 350 for 12-15 min.

Coconut layer

2 cups of sweetened coconut

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1 tsp almond extract

1/2 cup of marshmallow whip

1/2 cup finely chopped almonds

-Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the dark chocolate chips on the bars. Mix together thoroughly and pat onto the bars.

Chocolate Ganache

2 1/4 cups of dark choc chips

1/3 cup evap milk

1 tsp vanilla

-Mix milk and chocolate and microwave in 30 sec intervals until melted. Stir in Vanilla. Spread on too of coconut. Allow to set before cutting.

Optional toppings:

Top with crushed toffee bits

Or your favorite candy bar crushed
